In order to place a warranty call we need you to fill in a checklist to ensure the call is covered under warranty (for example, have you checked the fuses?). If we send an engineer for a call which is not covered under warranty, this will be chargeable to us by the manufacturer and we will have to charge you. The checklist we ask you to fill in helps us (and you) avoid calls which are not covered. You can download and print the form by clicking here.
