In fact, its patented lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, locks in freshness, and minimizes condensation. What is more, its refrigeration system with guided airflow provides uniform temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.
This product comes with 8 x NSF approved 1/6 GN clear polycarbonate insert pans as standard. It also accommodates 153 mm deep food pans (Not supplied).
